• To keep in phase in the industry, Synergia Cybercare’s Management Team recently attended the “Contact Center Conference” held in Las Vegas, USA.
  
• Synergia Cybercare was elected as Corporate Secretary of the new established association of small to medium size call centers, PHILCALL.
  
• This month, Synergia Cybercare joned the induction of Philippine Electronics and Telecommunications Federation (PETEF) as one of the corporate members. PETEF is the acknowledged voice of the telecommunications, information technology, electronics and broadcast industries. It coordinates the sectoral activities of members and affiliated associations, and networks with international organizations including the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), and the international telecommunications community. This is indeed another great leap for Synergia Cybercare in matters of technology.
